Heather Morris might be rumored to play the next Whedon-less Buffy. Morris is known for her role as Brittany on Glee and the white girl “Single Ladies” backup-dancer for Beyonce. While the rumor is still in the air, Morris might not be the perfect girl for the role, but we wouldn’t mind in the slightest.

Ed O’Neill, who plays Jay in Modern Family, doesn’t think Jane Lych should have won her Emmy. In fact, he thinks that his co-star Sofia Vergara deserved it over Sue Sylvester. While Modern Family is a great show in many respects and Glee is fodder for teenage girls and lonely adult women, we’re going to have to side with Glee on this one.

Glee has sang its way up the mountains of last night’s television ratings. While I can’t say that I enjoy Glee’s repetitive story developments, it has proven itself to be consistently clever in the insult department. If I had to choose a side, I would fully support any original television series in the war against reality television.
